Learning to row is a great way to keep fit and meet new people.

Learn to row indoors: courses now available
Learn to use a rowing machine properly – instruction from an experienced Wallingford Rowing Club coach will help you boost your fitness, increase your score, help prevent injury and prepare you for rowing on the water. This 4 week course is aimed at:
Gym rowers who want to get more out of their training
Adults who want to take up rowing this summer at one of our Learn to Row courses
Beginner rowers who want to improve their technique
You will learn useful mobilising exercises, discover core muscle groups, practice good technique and pick up great training programmes.
Courses start Friday 20th February at 09.30 and 18.30 and each Friday thereafter. £40 for four 45 minute sessions over four weeks. Additional weeks available at £10 per session. Book soon as courses will be very popular!
