Wallingford Rowing Club has a large junior squad of over 100 rowers aged 13-18. The club had a fantastic season. Recent results include winning the Victor Ludorum at the British Rowing Junior Championships, 5 medals at National Schools Regatta, WJ16 4+ winning at the J16 GB France match making a total of 77 wins or medals at heads and regattas last year.

Each summer we run popular learn to row courses for children starting school year 9 (with some year 10 if space is available) in September. After this course, children can apply to join the club. Demand for junior places at Wallingford is high and we are only able to take on a limited number of new juniors per year.
To be notified when the application form for 2025 is available, please email
wallingfordltr@gmail.com .
We cannot accept students from schools who offer rowing as these students will not be able to compete for us at key regattas.
