Reading Amateur Regatta gave Wallingford's Juniors three wins over the weekend. The first came on Saturday from the boys J15 coxed quad who put in two great rows to win their final by 4 1/2 lengths. The girls J15 coxed quad also reached their final, but unfortunately just missed out on the medals to Headington School.

The other two wins came on Sunday from Dan Wilkinson and Tom Brock in the J16 double sculls by 3 lengths (giving Tom his first Regatta win), and the other from Alice Walker in the WJ18 single sculls who also won by 4 1/2 lengths. Dan and Tom also raced in singles, Dan reaching the semis and Tom reaching the final of the J16 event.

The boys J15 coxed quad returned on Sunday (with a slightly different crew combination) which saw them just miss out on a medal in their final. Other good performances came from the girls J14 coxed quad, Georgia Swiatoniowska's first ever race in girls J14 single scull, and Katie Metalli and Lucy Walker who reached the semis in girls’ J18 & J15 singles events respectively.

Winning crews
J15.4x+ Arthur Arnould, Tim Waller, David Willcox, Henry Edwards, Alice Middleton (cox)
